- Live Plants: Due to the nature of live plants, availability is subject to seasonal changes, stock levels, and conditions beyond our control. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, but plant sizes and appearance may vary slightly.
- Product Descriptions: We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of all products. However, we do not guarantee that the information is error-free, complete, or current.
- Out of Stock Items: If a product you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to wait for the item to become available, select a substitute, or request a refund.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Pricing: All prices listed on the website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees, which will be calculated during checkout.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and popular mobile wallets. All payments must be made in full before your order is processed.
- Taxes: Any applicable taxes will be included at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within Chennai and selected surrounding areas. Please check if your location is serviceable during checkout.
- Delivery Time: We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frame provided at checkout. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, or stock issues) may occur.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. We do not ship Laughing earth products out of India. Orders are delivered within 2 to 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
Laughing Earth is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Shipping Fees: Delivery charges vary based on location and order size. These charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
- Responsibility Post-Delivery: Once your order has been delivered, the responsibility for caring for the plant lies with you. We do not offer replacements or refunds for plants that deteriorate due to improper care after delivery.
5. Return and Refund Policy
For details on returns and refunds, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that most of our products are non-returnable due to the nature of live plants.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Care and Maintenance: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper care of the plants after delivery. We provide general care instructions, but plant care can vary based on specific environmental conditions.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- General Liability: Laughing Earth Plant Shop is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased from us.
- Plant Health: We guarantee the quality of our plants upon delivery. However, we cannot guarantee their survival or health after delivery due to factors beyond our control (e.g., improper care, environmental conditions).
- Product Variations: We are not responsible for minor variations in plant size, shape, or color from the images displayed on our website.
