At Laughing Earth Plant Shop, we take great care to ensure that all our plants and products are of the highest quality and arrive in perfect condition. However, since live plants are delicate and can be affected by external factors after they leave our care, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions to Our No-Return Policy:
While our products are non-returnable, we understand that certain issues may arise during delivery. We will consider refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Damaged or Poor Quality Plants:
- If the plant arrives damaged or unhealthy due to delivery issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include a clear photo of the plant and its packaging for our review.
- If we determine that the plant was damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

Wrong Item Received:
- If you receive an incorrect item (different from what you ordered), please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in such cases.

Non-Plant Products:
- For non-plant items like pots, accessories, or fertilizers, refunds or exchanges may be possible if the product arrives damaged. Please report any issues within 48 hours with relevant photos for our review.
Refund Process:
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
